Payment/Cancellation Policy:
The Etiquette School of Silicon Valley reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards (a full refund will be given). All classes must be paid for (in full) 14 days prior to the first class meeting. Cancellations made by the customer at least 7 days in advance will result in a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiting 100% of the class fee.
