Payment/Cancellation Policy

The Etiquette School of Silicon Valley reserves the right to cancel any sessions not meeting enrollment standards (a full refund will be given). All sessions must be paid for (in full) at least 72 hours prior to the first session. A full refund will be offered for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the first session. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiting 100% of the paid fee. Classes are not transferable.
